That's the proper way .>>> by cutting the spine... so everything is tender and crunchy on the outside! Love it! I made Harissa Roasted Chicken today (wings only)... with CousCous and a lot of fresh veggies... oh, and beer! I'm sure tastes lovely as well! Enjoy the Super Sunday! >D
