中午定飯糰，飲料主管請客 難得他想要喝飲料，就請我去買便當的時候順便幫他買飲料 他說我也可以喝，他請客喔~~ 換做平常我應該會點杯大珍奶來爽一下 但現在在管制期，看了一看~~最後選了檸檬愛玉 檸檬酸刺激消化，愛玉又有飽足感 不過飯糰很大一個了，加上愛玉的飽足感真的讓我飽到下午 但不是熱量多到下午就好~~~
