Loyalty: the standard for Christian Life.

The word loyalty is a significant word of power, when we talk of synergy " unity" . Without loyalty people will quarrel and fight and the same time eat up themselves with little or no time for evangelism or meet peoples needs. No one is indispensable, that is why we must build up the team of loyal successors, for success without a successesor ends in faillure.
Jesus Christ work of only thirty three and a half years , only survived the ages spanned the entire world because of the team of his loyal disciples he built, Solomon recognized and articulated the premium on loyalty, (prov. 20:6). To put it in a simple form, everybody claiming loyalty isn't demonstrating it, it is easy to say you are loyal: it is something else to prove it, God himself said in Hosea 6:6" I delight in loyalty rather than sacrifice" , l suppose we could understand the highest level of spiritual loyalty in the team of loving the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, mind and strength being loyalty devotd to God uncompromising, unflinching, unflagging loyalty no matter what the price.
This is a vitue of greatest huonor . And as we have noted previously, the Apostles. Loyalty means heart devotion : has Christ really taken the highest place in your heart ? Is it not your work he wants most ? It is you, it is beautiful to do things for him; it is still more beautiful to make home for him in your heart. We are in danger of being so busy in the Lord's work, that we cannot be enough with the Lord in love's fellowship, he may say to us" I like your works, your tools, your service, but I miss the love you gave me at first". There is real danger that we get so busy in striving to be active Christian, so absorbed in our task and duties, our efforts to bring others into church that Christ himself shall be less loved and miss our communing with him.
If there is true, supreme love in the heart, there should be a holy life and character, here again we need to guide against devotion to the work and service of Christ while in the life the world sees, there are so many flaws and blemish that the impression is not to the honor of Christ, He is very patient our infirmities and our stumbling s. If he were not who of us could have hope to please him. Christ never forget how frail we are, but he does not want us to ever give up, though we stumble when we are learning to walk, he wants us to get up and try again. Though we are defeated in our batle, today, tomorrow he wants us to rise at once and keep on fighting, a true soldier may be wounded, may be beaten in many battles, but he is never a traitor, he is always loyal it is only when we desert Christ, turn away from him and become false to him that we really fail, if you are true, if you are faithful, just like him in (Jn 14:30). But we should always keep the standard of loyalty up to the highest point. Human mixture in the church of God .
A mixed multitude went out with them also, and flocks and berds a great deals of livestock's. (Exo 12:38). This is another wonderful one from @PASTOR001 yes good morning everyone happy New day, just read this my aticle and be bless.
Haven knowing what the scriptures say to us about the mixed multitude, I am yet to see where of some of the Egyptians coming out with the Isrealite,s , but from the Bible verse above we see that mixed multitude, come out with them, some version call them "great multitude" good news aversion said it is a large number of people...", but the the same good news version of (Number 11:4). it says there were some foreigners taveling with the Isrealites. So why did the good news aversion call them foreigners ? This is simply because any one who is not born again is a stranger or a foreigner to the covenant of promise of the Isrealites indeed. In Ephesians (2:11-12). The Bible says, Therefore that you, once Gentiles in the flesh who are called uncircumcision by what is called circumcision made in the flesh by hand, that at that time you were without Christ, being aliens from the Commonwealth of Israel and stranger from the covenant of promise, having no hope and without God in the world.
STATEMENTS OF FACTS.
a. When the children of God gather, the children of the devil also gather among them-(Job 2:1).
b. Not all Christian (church members) are Christian indeed -(Titus 1:16).
c. When God sown seed, the devil also sown counterfeit seed among God seed - (Mathew 13:24-30, 37-39).
d. There are people who are in the church who find it difficult to part or do away with "SIN" this are also mixed multitude (2 Tim 2:19,22, Math 7:21-27). So this mixed multitude are not necessarily some Egyptians found among the Isrealites, neither are they strangers or external foreigners found amidst the Isrealtes, but the same Isrealtes who have made themselves available and had become an instrument trouble and confusion in the hand of the devil to contrarily to the devine instructions given to the congregation of the Isrealtes and by this they are no more, or no longer" an Isrealte indeed in whom there is no guile-(Jn 1:49). No one is beyond or above being used by the devil if he's allowed. (The devil) used the wife of Job Job 2:9:, used Peter to deny Christ Mark 14:66-72, used the serpent to decieve Eve Gen 3:13. No wonder the Bible said neither give place to the devil Ephesians 4:27. because if you allow him, he will enter you and use you against the word and the will of God, but resist him he will flee, James 4:7, 1 Peter 5:9.
LET US LOOK AT SOME FEW CHARACTERISTICS OF THE MIXED MULTITUDE.
They lost ater things (Num 11:4).
They are only interested in what they will get (Jn 6:26).
They disobey God outrightly (Jer 7:21-26), Deut 9-24, 31:27).
They only serve God with their lips .(Ezek 33:31, Isaiah 29:13).
They are wicked in-spite being in the church (Jer 5:25-27).
They are fault finders (Mark 12:13).
They are despisers of those that are good (2 Tim3:3).
They are position seekers (2 Sam 15:1-16).
Any one who is not with God is against God, Mathew 12:30a, so also, anyone who is not with the church in the spirit of unity, oneness and togetherness, is against the church, anyone who is not gathering with Christ is scattering abroad so also anyone who is not contributing to the growth of the church is contributing to her downfall.

Activating the virtue of humility.
The word humility, has become a buzzword that is used , more often not, with careless abandon. This is your Man @PASTOR001 again with another wonderful multiivational tip for us, good morning everyone, be Happy to read this my aticle and be bless with it thanks.
Most people who profess to be humble in most cases, display a fragrant act of haughtiness in time of recorning, it is generally believed that the time to know the man who is humble is when he is entrusted with power or money. Humility is,, so to speak, a virtue of modesty or moderation of one s view of ones importance. This view then manifests in virtually every thing one does in inter-personal relationship with others, in one manner of conduct & communication, in ones mode of 👗 dressing or dress code, or ones way of working, etc.
Some gentle and humble type of dressing
Humility, however, is not synonymous with foolishness or playing the second fiddle, far from ir ! Humility means having the right or power to do something but refraining from doing it for the benefits of someone else.
Humility means showing compassion to people, especially, those at the lower rung of the societal leader despite one s status in society. Humility means knowing what to do or to say at a particular point in time, especially, if you are the one expected to break the tie a deadlock, and you characteristically, display an uncommon charisma with everybody going home satisfied with your sense of judgment.
Just as Christ died for man kind regards his personality as God
Humility means the ability to recognize and appreciate ones shortcomings or inadequacy or vulnerability and seek for forgiveness from a fellow man who has hurt by or from God. Humility is the admission of guilt and plea for forgiveness ( 2 chronicle 7:14). The Bible says, if my people who are called my name will humble themselves and pray, turn from their wicked ways and popose to seek my face, I will hear from heaven and I will heal them and heal their land. and in Lk 11:32 the Bible says that the people of Nenivel will rise up against this generation in judgment and condemn it for they repented at the preaching of Jonah, and in did a greater than Jonah is here. If as recommended in Genesis 1:26. God created Man in his own " image" and after their likeness, , it follows that man has the attributes of God, one of the attributes of God imbbued man with is "HUMILITY" God frowns at pride or arrogance, hence he says in Proverbs 11:2. When pride comes, then comes disgrace, but with humility comes wisdom", A humble is a wise man, through the display of humility or meekness he grows in wisdom.

ACTIVATING THE VIRTUE OF HUMILITY
Humility is one of the fundamental attributes a Christian must possess, in short no arrogant is a born again Christian, because the virtue of humility is a mirror through which his Christian faith is seen.. for the popose of this aticle let us examine a few nuggets that can help us activate the virtue of humility as children of God.
SENSE OF SACRIFICES:. Sacrifice means to take the pain of others person's in other to give him comfort, this is an act of humility, this was demonstrated by Christ by electing to die for mankind.
SENSE OF SERVICE:. According to the Bible book of John (13:1-17). Jesus washed the feet of his disciples. This is a profound demonstration of humility this is an attitude that every Christian must imbibe, that is the act of rendering service to people.
SENSE OF RESTRAINT:. Exhibition of a sense of restraint is an important measure of ones level of humility, a sense of HUMILITY entails being in control of ones pace or the inclination of being in control of every situation, no matter how emotionally charged, even at the highest level of provocation, he shall always look up to God ( James 12:19-20).
SENSE OF GRATITUDE/ APPRECIATION:. The show of gratitude or appreciation goes a long way to improve our relationship with other people be it in the church or outside the church, it is the Hallmark of humility. Gratitude begets more acr of belevolence or kindness. God hungers to bless us so that we can not only meet our needs but so we can overflow in generosity.
SENSE OF CONTENTMENT:. This is another barometer that can be used to measure the act of humility in the life of a child of God. We should be contented with what we have as not to fall prey to the sin of covetousness.
SENSE OF VALUE:. We should have value in every thing God, people and our time and every other things that glorifies the name of God. Anything worth "doing" they say is worth doing well.
SENSE OF RESPONSIBILITY/ ACCOUNTABILITY:. Being responsible and accountable in every thing entrusted to you is one measure of humility as a child of God even asa man of God.
SENSE OF PUBLIC MORALITY:. Even as children of God, we should be conscious of our behavior in public how we carry on activities in public matters allot.
SENSE OF FAN:. Having the sense of fun at the appropriate time without over- indulgence encourages atmosphere of friendship and also lightens changed situations, it also demystifies formalities..
A man can attain the highest level of his calling. But what can sustain it is humility, a man without a sense of "HUMILITY" has no character. He may be in Vogue today or the talk of the Town. But if such success is not covered with the cloth of humility, his success or popularity would be likened to the candle in the wind .

Developing your dreams/visions.
While the word"dream" has two interpretations or meaning, the word version has only one. And it can be used interchangeably with the word dream. I am still your @PASTOR001 the I remain the same multiivational and inspirational man, be focus to read this.
Depending on the context as a young "dream" according to Wikipedia is a series of thought image and sensations occurring in a person's mind during sleep". Dream is also defined by the same authority as a cherished aspiration ambition and ideal" .
The word "vission" is seen as the ability to think about or plan the future imagination or wisdom, . Etymological, the affinity between the two words which could lead to their being used interchangeably could be appreciated if we zero the meaning strictly down to the second definition. However dream defers from vission ". When it's supposed to be characteristics or futures, namely: thoughts", images", and sensations " do not sign-post " cherished aspiration or ambition and ideal" but rather conjure up fear or negative things! When and where is this case, then such dream cannot be said to be synonymous with "vission" because what is known as a vission connotes good plan meant to serve the future,it is important to emphasize that inspire , cherished aspiration or ambition or ideal and therefore, could be said to be synonymous with " vission" are normally clothed in the garb of idealism waiting for its physical manifestation..
For a dream or vission manifest it most be effective, that is, it must behave like effective demand" demand that is backed up by purchasing power, like seeing it you are already there.
You can see it as your world as being set.
FACTORS THAT DELAY/ PREVENT THE MANIFESTATION OF DREAM/ VISSION.
Over- confidence/ pride:. Feeling of knowing it all, opinions of others don't count or are not necessary, the Bible says in Proverbs 16:18 . Says that pride goes before destruction and a haughty spirit before a fall.
Impatient:. As a matter of fact, it is one thing to have dream/vission,it is another thing entirely if one could put the right machinery in motion towards the actualization of such dream/vission. What could course this set back could be impatience. When we don't wait to know God s appointed time and season and wait for it, we are bound to pay the price of impatience, which is faillure or inability to realize such dream/vission. In the Bible book of Ecclesiastes (7:8-9). Says that The end of a thing is better than the beginning, the patient in spirit is better than the proud in spirit, do not hasten in your spirit to be angry, for anger rest in the bosom of fools.
The hand of Esau... but the voice of Jacob:. Meaning, you must be a man of wisdom enough to secure your dream/ vission from destiny killers or snachere (Genesis 27:22).
Wrong location:. If where you choose to actualize that dream/ vission is wrong location, you are bound to fall, and all aspirations will surely dies, in Genesis 12:1-4 God call Abraham to go out of his father's house and from that land, why because the dream/ vission has changed, and that evaroment is no more conducive for the transaction.
Involving nay-sayers in dream/ vission actualization:. There are people who you know, that can kill your dream/vission, those who are not going the same direction with you, why putting them in your journey of life, remember the Bible says that an evil company curopt good conduct as evil communication curopt good manners.
Faillure to involve God in the process of dream/ vission actualization. (Jer 32:27). And it says behold I am the God of all flesh is there any thing too hard for me ? The answer to that God question is no, for he is the God of possibility, without him we cannot humanly do anything, let him be the head of that dream/ vission.
HOW TO DEVELOP YOUR DREAM/ VISSION.
Invite God to give you the road map to meander through the rough roads that leads to the actualization of your dream / vission ( Phil 4:13) .
You must have self-belief in your ability to take the right measures that would crown your endeavors with the desired success (Heb 4:16).
Understand and seek the counsels of sincere people that have experience in the field or area(s) you want to venture into.
Set goals (Gen 40:14).
Keep eye on the Ball (Gen 39:7-8).
Ingnore the nay-sayers (Num 13:1-2,25-30) .
Moderate your expectations.
Start small, you don't have to be great to Start, but you have to start to be great.
Don't be afraid of faillure.
Work and work and work until you realize your goals.
To crown it up, it is advisable to take to heart the fact that every gigantic building standing along the road started from a dream and that dream might have come in a small size which is the product of a dream. Don't give up on your dream . Or your dream will give up on you..

No matter what you are passing through, even the ones people don't know, just only you for you cannot even explain them to others, but do know what Jesus knows, and Jesus can do it even now. Nothing is impossible before God in the Bible book of (1sam 2:6-8). Says the Lord kills and make alive, he bring down to the grave and bring up, the Lord makes poor and makes rich, he brings low and lift up, he raises the poor from the dust and lift the beggar from the ash heap, to set them amongst princess and make them inherit the throne of glory, for the pillars of the earth are the Lord's and he has set the world upon them.
Don't even let people discorage you, don't let their pressure you out of God. Isaiah 40:31 says but those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength they shall mount up with wings like 🦅 Eagles they shall run and not weary, they shall work and not faint. Be fearless with strong vission and focus on your target.
An eagle don't feed on dead things, they feed on flesh, as a child of God you don't have to put your hand into things that will destroy you, you must stand out in the time of temptations, in times of tryer.
Eagles are not afraid of storms,they face the storms and use it to balance their situation and go higher than every other birds, as a child of God you need to know that you can do all things through Christ who strengthens you, there is an ability that is in you that those who don't know God don't have, you must bear this in mind and run fearlessly with that vision only don't give up on God that he will not give up on you,.
Eagles are full of strength and life, they have time to energize and renew their selves and as a child of God, you must have time for everything and a time for renewer, when you we go to God in fasting and praying to renew the grace and the relationship between you and the Almighty, and become a brown new 🔥 fire morning for God at all time, not to put your hands into evil decieving your self.
In the Bible book of John 11:1-43 . Is about the story of Lazarus whom Jesus raised from the dead, The life of Mary and Martha gave us a good example of not giving up on God, they waited for Jesus when their brother was sick, they didn't see him until he died, but still after the death they refuse to give up on God, telling Jesus that even though their brother is dead he can still rise again knowing that he is the resurrection and life, and because of their unwavering faith God show forth and do the unusual in the life of their brother Lazarus,.

The danger of unprepared heart .
According to the living Bible, the Lord is saying to the children of Judah and Jerusalem, plow up the hardness of your heart's, otherwise the good seed will be wasted amongst the thorns, cleans your minds and 💓 hearts not just your body...,(Jer 4:3-4). This is @PASTOR001 again in conjunction with the Holly Spirit bringing this wonderful and a must read aticle, read it and be bless.
The word "fallow ground" as found in our text, is an agricultural word which means that the ground has been left for a very long period of time without any agricultural activity taking place on it, such fallowed ground is always characterized by the presence of stubborn roots, stones, trees, stubborn grasses and manure, just as it is in the heart of a man.
No good farmer will ever sow his seed on such fallowed ground, without first of all carrying out effective agricultural activities which must involve, tilling, stumping and cultivation, that is preparing the ground for maximum productivity of the seed sown . In the same vein our hearts must be prepared, if the word of God sown in our hearts must yield a profitable increase.
Many has backslidden because their hearts was not prepared at first, just like king Reho boam in (2 chron 12:14). The Bible says he did not prepared his heart to seek the Lord. Since the entrance of sin into the world, the heart of man has been hard and has evil thought and imaginations, in (Genesis 6:5) the Bible says, Then the Lord saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth and that every intention of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.
Look at how the heart of man is, so dirty.
And so there comes the need for any one who wants to serve God to make up his mind, prepare his heart as God has given us freedom of choice. ( Joshua 24:15). And it says, and if seems evil for you to serve the Lord, Choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve, whether the God's which your father's served that were on the other side of the river or the gods of the Amorites in who's land you dwell. But as for me and my house we will serve the Lord. Like Joshua you too have a choice to make on whom to serve, since the death of Jesus Christ, a sustaining and sufficient grace has been release to man to run the race ( Room 5:20) , (Titus 2:11). But faillure to make the right choice in preparing your heart to serve God, makes you frustrate the grace of God in your life.
What then are the dangers of untilled, unprepared heart ? Let s consider this deeply as we look at the back of (Lk 8:4-9 & 11-15). About the sawer.
The word of God will fall by the corner, that is the way side of your heart, the hard part where the seed fell represent the hard heart of those who he are the word of God but the devil came and still the word away and prevent people from believing and being saved.
The word of God will fall on your Stony heart. The Stony ground represent those who enjoy listening to someone's message, but some how the message never get through to them and doesn't take root and grow. They know the message is true and sort for believe for a while, but when the hot winds of persecution blows the lose interest.
The word of God will fall on the thorns of your heart. This set of people did not till and stump their fallow ground before planting and so, the thorns were still there. Wealth and riches in themselves are not bad, according to ( 3Jn vs 2 & psm 35:27). But once your heart has been set on them, they can become that kills the word of God in your life (1Tim 6:7-10 & 17, Math 13:22). These thorns can kill the word of God planted in your heart and thereby making it unable to bring fruit unto perfection, that is maturity.
The benefit of a prepared heart:. One of the characteristics of a fallowed ground is the presence of manure, that is a soil rich and good for planting, but this can only be utilized after the ground has been prepared.
The word of God will fall on a good ground:. As no ground can be good for planting if the famer did not make it so, so also no heart can be honest and good if the individual had not make it so (Zech7:8-12)... You cannot serve God well if you did not prepared your heart to do so. Every man in life want to be great, so for everything you do in life, you must have a great expectation, you cannot go into a competition with out the mindset of coming out the best, you count separate your self that tophead minded group in life, why are you in school, you are there with that great expectation that you are coming out as a first class upper, that must be the great expectation of every student who wants to be great in life, by the time he or she is going on there will be more expectations like becoming the best doctor, to them that studied medicine.
They we be imagining how their hospital will look like, how people will be serving them, always dreaming big about it and even having it at the back of their mind, how is going to look like,they might even be telling it to their friends, some even to their parents, that great expectation, others who are law student we be having this same great expectation too by having their own chamber, where people will consult them and they will be quoting sub-section so so so and so just like.
Where they will sit down presiding over cases in victory, great expectation, one thing is real about great expectations, you must dream it, then see it, and the next thing you go after it, what ever a person can achieve in life, must first of all be conceive, then you nature it and then at the process of time with great determination you can give birth to it, great expectation, you are a writer, what are your expectations are they great and what are you doing to achieve that, you must look into authors who are great witers, read their aticles, get their strategies and plan to be greater than that, you must know this, there must be determination elder the best or nothing with focus and the mind set of achieving it,.
There are some things we really need to do for greater achievements.
Great dreams:. What are your deams your thoughts towards achievement in life, you must plan it above what you are seeing others doing.
Seeing it:. Remember it is how far you see you can go, no man goes beyond what he can see, you must see it before you can get there, so you must possess the ability to see very far.

The church worker as a shepherd .
As the title of this aticle suggest in this presentation, we will be looking at how the duties and the lifestyles of a church worker are conterminous with, or could be likened to that of a shepherd. This is @PASTOR001 ones again this morning how is everyone feeling, I hope very fine, thank God for I am still very ok here.
From the onset we can safely assume that what the church worker does are similar to that of a shepherd, namely, enhancing the effort of the human elements that are kept under their custody or care, it goes without saying that before one could be entrusted with the responsibility of taking care of somebody or something, such person's capacity to live up to expectations of that such assignment must not be in doupt, which leends credence to two popular saying that: to whom much is given much is also expected; and that privilege goes with responsibility, and when one is neglected, the other is withdrawn.
For the popose of this aticle teaching let us pretend to be ingnorant of the word, SHEPHERD. In the same vein, let us also pretend that this is the first time we are hearing the word church worker , against the foregoing background therefore two questions would readily arise, who is a shepherd ? and who is a church worker ?. A shepherd is a person who tends and rears 🐑 sheep. He is also someone who guide or direct in a particular direction , the primary duties of a shepherd are to:
Ensure the safety of the sheep and make sure that no harm before them.
Ensure that the sheep have food to eat by grazing the flock to area s where he the shepherd consistency the pasture to be greener.
Ensure that while grazing, the sheep do not poisonous or dangerous substance.
QUALITIES OF A SHEPHERD.
Just as every professional parades certain intrinsic in order to effectively practice his profession, a shepherd also must have some basic qualities that must endear him to the sheep, amongst those qualities are: .
Ability to sacrifices for the comfort of the sheep, a good shepherd must at all time ensures that the sheep have something to eat even when he himself not eating, he literally fends for them in other to make them comfortable.
Ability to win or earn the trust of the sheep, this he could achieve by always tending to their needs. No wonder Jesus said in ( Jn 10:27). My 🐑 sheep listen to my voice I know them and they follow me.
Ability to go extra-miles to serching and recover the strayed or missing sheep and when he recovers the sheep he rejoices, a good shepherd place on one sheep as he does on twenty others who are not in harm's ( Math 18:12-14).
Ability to lead the way why the sheep follows, in other words he shows them the part to follow so they don't stray
Nurses them when they are wounded.
WHAT IS A CHURCH WORKER.
A church worker is the church member who takes up responsibilities with the to contributing to the realization and the fulfillment of the vision of the church (Nub 11:17). He provides assistance to the leaders of the church so as to actually the goals of the church, he does this by identifying and filling the gap that might inhibit the growth of the church, more. Often than not, he does not wait to be instigated or prompted before taking up responsibilities that are germane for realization of the lofty objectives of the church.
Every church needs workers for the following three reasons:.
The work of providing platform for the salvation of the souls of man, for it cannot be done by pastor alone, it requires the collective intervention of people who constitute themselves as workers for the church to fulfill it's mandate
Jesus also appreciated the necessity of the worker as a veritable tool in the propagation of the gospel hence he chose a team and work with them through his ministry.
The early church took a cue from Christ hence it grew with involvement of more people as workers (Act 6:1-7, 14:21-23).
Unfortunately most of us who work as church workers today do not understand this basic fact, we thank for instance as a president of a particular arm or unit of the church our function or duties begin and end in promoting the welfare of members of that arms or unit or probably sorporting the church financially, or still celebrating the anniversary of the arm every year, those functions are secondary functions of the church worker.
Apart from imbibing the quality of a shepherd which we outlined in the preceding paragraphs, he should as a matter of necessity, consider the following.
Make sacrifices both in and outside the church for the confortable of other.
Exhibit a sense of charity to people.
Show perseverance in his dealing with situation s without too much compliants .
Be exemplary in utterance and conduct by doing and saying things that would comfort, and not hurt those in pains.
Message the ego of a member, specially, new ones, if necessary in order to give them the sense of belonging.
Give greater attention to new comers and try to endure their nuances.
Permit me to say this, as a church worker don't ask what your church can do for you, but what you can use the church to do, to serve as pillar of fortitude and Care to the down-trdden in the society. Breaking the yoke of smallness.

This morning I am going to revile some secrets of how you can brake out of your smallness, God said I wish above all things that thuo mayest prosper and be in good health even as they soul prosperous . God can give you all you need by his own given opportunity for you, don't look at your background, God has the power to brake that yoke now if only you abide, though you are born small you are to be a great person that he made you to be.
We are going to look at some good points that can help us brake that yoke of limitations.
Change your attitude towards God in every thing as he is the greatest.
Change the way you are seeing the devil, you are putting him where he didn't belong (2 Cor 2:11). Says lest Satan should take advantage of us for we are not ingnorant of his devices.
Don't let people's opinions control you or let you down, when people understands you too much they can frustrate you.
Identify your nest assignment for you, there is a given assignment for every individual, until you identify your own you will be running wide, that is a man with out a destination.
Break every thing call limitation, that word (I COUNT) . Check out those things that are limiting you or those things you are afraid to do but you know can give you success. You need to break that limit.
Recognize those things that limit people around you and conquer all.

Believe in the word of God and also believe in his prophet then that wow will come.
Service and sacrifices are needed, your genuine service and sacrificial giving to the work of the kingdom is of vital important.

Over the course of time we have been privileged to come across exceptional leaders/people whose success story still resounds today even in their desth. This is @PASTOR001 ones again good morning everyone happy New day to you all, this is another powerful one from the pupit read be bless.
There are also leaders, heavily anointed, exceptionally gifted and talented who couldn't live to the desired expectation, though highly gifted and anointed, they could not fulfill their popose of existence maximally. Many factors contributes to person or a leaders faillure in achieving the desired results or popose of existence maximally. Be it ministerial, business or family wise, the chief among these factors is the subject " PERSONALITY". When we talk about the leader and his person we are simply saying the leader and his personality, does the personality of a leader or a person impact his leadership, the answer is capital YES, as a matter of fact you count separate the leader from the personality, his personality is the aggrilegate sum of who he is. What then is personality ?.
Personality can be referred to as a combination of mental behavior and traits or quality of thinking pattern, feeling and activity, it is a range of enduring tedecies of an individual to think, feel and behave in a specific manner in deverse situations, because of the damage that can be done to the potential of a leader or person as a result of his or her ability to deal with or manage some excesses that may arise as defects in personality, unknown to him but seen and known to those around him per time, there is a need for self evaluation and re-evaluation of our personality.
KEY AREAS OF A LEADERS PERSONALLY.
There are many areas of aspects of a leader or person's life that should be regularly checked and looked into per time, but for the popose of this writing we will look at the following areas.
CHARACTER:
By character we mean an enduring and distinguishing metal and moral characteristics in an individual, it is a set of moral and mental qualities and believe that makes a person deferent from others
VALUE:
VALUE are those things or principles we consider worthwhile or important, they are those moral principles we consider very important in life, the value of leader or person sustains has a way of affecting his level of relevance and influence.
COMMUNICATION:
No matter how how beautiful an idea is or plan is, when it is wrongly or poorly communicated, such plan is bound to fall. In attaining organizational or individual goals and objectives communication is a vital tool. Often times, poor communication leads to misunderstanding and conflict in homes, businesses and the church.
EMPATHY:
Empathy is the ability to share and understand the emotions of others, there are basically three ways of looking at empathy;
a. Affective empathy: this is the ability to share the emotions of those around us.
b. Cognitive empathy: is the ability to understand the of others.
c. Emotional regulation: this refers to the ability to regulate ones emotions ( John 11:35). Jesus wept, when Jesus came to the funeral of Lazarus, he saw the people grieving and he wept, Jesus is one who feels the impact, the emotions of others.
At the centre of a person's personality is his temperament, if I will successfully build a leadership structure where organization, ministerial and family goals are met, there is need to constantly evaiuate and re-evaluate our personality traits, (Number 12:3). As we strive to be better, the Lord will brighten up every aspect of our lives 🚺 in Jesus name Amen

What brings out God's best in a person.
Do you have a call.
How do you know you have a call from God.
How do you know you don't have a call.
Why don't you have a call.
The answer to the above following guestions depends on our response to the things or word of God. Discover it that God's plan depend on you and me (Ephesians 3:20).
God run his plan on first class worker s that are committed to his work and believe in it and live for it and are ready to give their life and blood for it, if you don't do your part in kingdom service it won't be done by anyone else, God is in heaven He got big ideal, but he cannot do it now on his own, do you know why, because God is a spirit, if he appears as a spirit to do his work we will all run away, but he redeemed us because he needs us to fill in for him to manifest his beautiful plan for mankind, today we are talking about our response to God's mandate, what deos it actually mean, to "response" response connotes reaction.
HOW TO RESPOND:
1 We can respond to what we feel, what we see, what we understand, what we realize, what we comprehend and by assumption.
2 Christ is our model as well as our head in all things.
a. FEEL: We feel what Christ felt, he felt compassion for the people, what do you feel (Math 14:13-14).
b. SEE: We must see what Jesus saw, we must learn to see through his views and how he saw things, he saw the sick, the lost, and the multitude and he did something.
c. UNDERSTANDING HIS MISSION: Is Christ mission your mission ? (Jn 10:10),. (1pet 4:10).
d. BY REALIZING: We must realize his trust in us in (John 15:16). We are his choice, we didn't choose him he chose us that alone is boldness, As God steward our mission is to continue in what God started, as God sent Christ so he sent us to represent him specially and always (Jonn 20:21).
e. COMPREHEND: Comprehend that God is our backup, God is in you, God has called you but God cannot do it alone. He has to work through available freshly vessel (Heb 13:5), (John 17:20-21).
f. ASSUME YOUR ROLE: By assumption I mean taking action.

The need for self discipline.
Discipline is not for selfish interest or to avoid punishment but discipline is to be Godly, it makes way for a good present life and a better future, there is need for this now, this is @PASTOR001 ones again with a pure gospel of God who's servant I am listen and be safe and bless in Jesus name.
This aticle is for a total charge of mind towards the reality of the word of God I want us to look at some ways we can descipline our self and become more like him who have called us in perfect love.
HOW TO DESCIPLINE YOURSELF FOR GODLINESS.
Focus everything about your life on Jesus (Heb 12:2) says looking unto Jesus the author and the finisher of our faith who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross despising the shame and has sat down at the right hand of the thrown of God.
Associate with other desciplined Godly people who can teach you by their example of good life in Christ.
Do not allow people's criticism, personal faillures and problems to affect your emotions, (Lk 12:47) the Bible says to him much is given much is also expected
God uses diversity, so don't think you have to follow someone else, for the way he uses others is not the way he will use you, therefore follow the way he is leading you so you can get to your destination (Philippians 2:13).
Do not allow setback deter you from accomplishing God's will, God needs our faith and obedience as your best choice (Eph 1:17-18).
Program your thinking to love, serve and maximize your contribution to the priorities of the Christian Life yes (1Cor 9:27). Paul said I descipline my body and bring it into subjection, lest when I have preach to others I myself should become disqualified.
Be content with what the Lord gives you and Bloom where where you are planted, whatever God has given you that is what he will bless you with.
Note that your life and circumstances will never be bad or good as you like. That is nature for you, the way you are thinking it will it might not be so at that time, things can change but just relax and trust God.(Room 8:28-29).
Be teachable through all the experiences, relationships and life endeavors (Ephesians 4:15). That is if you pass through a situation and is not easy, then when getting to such a situation again you know how to avoid it clearly. Or that you tried some things today and didn't get it does not mean you should not try again only Len from that faillure.
Do not be overpowered by temptation and distractions, you know the day say you will descipline yourself maybe by fasting and praying, that is the day you will wake up with hungry don't let that distract you not over power you.
Deny nature somethings, nature is to pursue self and self protection be willing to go outside your comfort zone for once, be able to subdue the flesh and it's lost.
Discipline your mind, you must set your mind on things above and be willing to labour for the popose of Godliness, there is no way you will not labour for what you want.
Creat a new habit, we need to train ourselves on new habits, discipline changes who you are to a new person, and at every point in time we must change for good (Room 14:20-21). What do you give attention to ?.
Sometimes in life our life will be turning the way we don't really want but unknowingly to us that some of the things we give time to most can be the cost, good afternoon all this is another one from @PASTOR001 ones again for us all.

2 SPENDING MORE TIME IN FACEBOOK
3 PROCRASTINATION AS HABIT
4 LAZINESS
5 OVERDOSE OF SLEEP
6 TALKERTIVENESS
And too many others you know more than I actually know, do you know that some people can sit down to watch home video for six hours then how many hours remain for the day, we have twenty four hours in a day and this is divided into two twelve hours for the day and twelve hours for the 🌃 night and one watch home video for six hours which hope or strength did he or she has for any other activities for the day, I am talking of abled body young men and women who are very useful to the society in general, what about some that will spend all day in face book just browsing peoples pictures and some are just there browsing and getting details of how much footballers are earning per year forgetting about their own lives 🚺 that should be more precious for them and their families.
What about our football fans that can even abadone their entire family and even their nomal duties for the sake of other peoples business, to watch movies and matches is not bad I am only saying too much of everything is too bad, set priority right, what of those who can postpone everything they have in hand with out reason, all just because of laziness but they can sit down to analyze matters that are not really necessary.
This is a good time to do better things but people use it for extra ordinary talk, what about sleeping when you have much in your hands to do, yes all work and no play makes Jack a door boy but there is time for everything. Please I observed that same thing this morning when I was scrolling through the home page and I ask myself, is it real or a dream that some aticle you know that even all photos that appears on it were copied and past will get the upvote that those who put effort to gather facts by themselves cannot get for even ten(10) aticles, I just want to ask why is it so. And another one is, is it that those who don't write about coins and currencies are not legible for better upvote.

You can see the moving cloud the top one is like a 🦁 lions head how do you see it.
I just like talking the coconut branches, because it the sky photo more beautiful. Overcoming the storms of life.

There are some situations that must happen, weather will like it or not and at a time we do not expect them and there is something beyond human control and that is time, you must run ahead of time to meet up time, if you cannot control your situations, your pains, your limitation or lack they are bound to take control of you and end your life and destiny in Jeremiah 29:11 God has thought for us not of evil but of good and of peace to bring us to the expected future and hope, one thing is there must be storms but they are temporal.
Don't look at the storms when they come but look above the storms you will see the savior Jesus Christ, the storms of life is not the end of life , they are bound to expire so you must overcome them for there is a season for everything. Ecl 3:1-8
The greatest thing in life is the time and the season and what is around it. You cannot be a warrior or a hereo when you have not engage in any battle, for you to be a winner in life you must also engage in the battles of life and overcome them the storms is not a parmanent condition it moves, if you look well it comes it will as well goes away the storm is a reminder of who we are that before God we are nothing but with him on our side all things are possible.
HOW CAN I OVERCOME THE STORMS OF LIFE
1 Believe you are build for the storm for God will not allow anything higher than you to come to you
2 Stop the shork that you are passing through storm, be yourself and you will come out of it
3 You must learn to develop your potentials in time of storm then you must see something good in your life
4 let your storm be your messager, that is let the storm give you other good ideas for your next level.
To falling and the rising is not the issue but the ability to pick up something when rising good from that ground, something that will help you not to fall into that same menes. Understanding my popose for existence.
Good evening everyone I know I am coming very late with my second aticle at least by now you should have known that on Sunday is my most busy day for me in the week, never mind I am your friend @PASTOR001 with another wonderful one again for us,,read and understand your popose of existence.
For you to understand the popose for your existence, there are five guestions you need to ask yourself, (1) who am I, (2) where am I from, (3) why am I here, (4) what can I do (5) where am I going. Until you identify yourself and know who you are, you can not make any head way or change in life so there is every tendency that you must know who you are, the next thing is where am I coming from, please this is very important you must not forget where you are coming from for any day you forget where you are coming from you will automatically miss it all totally, the third thing we should be looking at now is Why am I here. For every man to make impact in place he must know the reason why he/she is in that place, for example if you don't know that your popose in read.cash is to write better aticles and also read peoples aticles and give ecoraging comments, and you mistakenly open the platform maybe through your friends cell phone you will only be screwing through the pages and looking at it as just pictures.
The fourth thing we should look at again is What can I do Anything you can do do it and package and make the deference you must be a producer and not a consumer, the number five thing we should look at now is,. Where am I going from here, don't let the location of the boat to determined where you are going there is ability in you to turn the boat to your desired destination, every stage have his own priority and it ursher you into a new realm .
I will not stop until I get to my destination for at the point of creating you God knew that there will be some mistakes in life that is why there is a means for an amendment, you must reconnect yourself, to make a good deference in any generation you must do a different thing in a special way, success is a result of your decision then determination follows at that time you are already there.
