The Big Question 2

Question: If you could send a message to yourself five years ago (containing only three warnings/pieces of advice/topics), what would it say? The #1 cliche question, right? It's like a reverse time capsule, in that here, you could tell your past self some steps to take (or not to take) so that things may be a lot different from what they are now. To make things a bit dicey, it's five years - way more recent than you'd think it would be for you to make any big changes that would 'turn things around' for you. I felt this one would be a piece of cake, hence I shouldn't bother to write about it, but in the end, I was quite confused. What three things would I want to tell myself five years ago, that would change my current situation to what I'd like things to be? Luckily for me, my life wasn't a big mess in need of an urgent renovation. Things were at least a bit intact. So what three things would I have myself do (or avoid) five years ago, to be in a better position? Invest in Crypto. Can I increase the volume, or this high enough? Who would have known 'online money' would go such a big distance by 2020? 2015 would have been a great year to invest in Bitcoin, or invest at least 50 dollars in Ethereum, which would have been brand new by then. Now, I'm finally getting to know about cryptocurrency... **a lot too late**. 2015 would have been a good time to make the investments that would make me in a better position. Reevaluate your friends I must admit that I wasn't wise in the choices of friends I made over the past five years - I moved with the wrong people and treated my real friends badly. However sad that might have been, I was able to pick things up, even though I am slightly off course. `Yes, even I had to experience regret.` I would really advise 2015 me to reconsider who I called friends back then and to value some people more. Have Fun If I knew my life would be the bundle of hard work, effort, and joyless reading, I would have taken the liberty to have fun once in a while, instead of being that shy introvert who was just trying to recover from a life of being antisocial. I would have enjoyed the little things of life, ad gone out more often, even if it was by myself. Now, I have to calculate the number of minutes I have to spend outside, or will pay for it with extra hours in the middle of the night. I the end, I really have little regrets. I may not have done some things at times I would have preferred to do them, but I'm content with the way things eventually worked out. So what about you? What would you tell 2015 you?
