Calmness doesn’t please me with its presence lately, I’ve always been excited. Especially if there is something wrong with my environment. I can’t even disguise it if something worries me, yet I have to try to draw strength from somewhere so I don’t run out.
When we have a lot of burdens, a lot of trouble, we don't even know what to do all of a sudden. Sometimes we hurry up and it only makes our situation worse. Being able to command peace in dangerous situations is certainly not an easy task. Yet good thoughts are born in us only when we are stable, balanced. Take the example of our peers who have tolerance, know when to focus so that everything around them goes smoothly. We need to take over the good and get rid of the bad as soon as possible so that we can move forward confidently and boldly on our journey.
When you are in despair because everything and everyone has strayed from you, think back to your past. There have been traumas in the past that you had to deal with. Think back to how you managed to climb out of the deep pit then, how you overcame your situation. You may not have had the strength or the time to think soberly, but you still managed to climb out of the deep lethargy somehow. There must have been beautiful moments in your life that are worth living for. We need to conjure up these moments from our past so that we never give up anything ahead of time, always have the strength to continue.
If you’re very under yourself because you don’t see any chance in front of you anymore, you don’t see a way out of your maze, close your eyes and try to be calm. It needs to be forced a little, but after a while it will go. You need to calm your mind so you can think sober. Emotions must not take control. We always need peace of mind to make the right decisions. If we hurry, only we will see the damage and we may endanger others with our recklessness. Don't worry! There is nothing wrong! Things are always arranged. If we even help with this process, we can hit two birds with one stone. The sooner we notice where we made a mistake and the sooner we can stay calm. Calmness, serenity, wise sober thinking will always help you out of trouble. That is why we need to practice techniques that which facilitate these. Many young children are enrolled in preschool to learn a form of fighting sport to strengthen their personality, making it easier to absorb stress later on. Stress can be insidious! It shocked us out of our usual calm atmosphere and doesn’t allow us to make smart decisions. If we can pay attention to when we tip out of our equilibrium position, it is much easier to find the key to a solution. Take care of yourself and your family! Help where you see the need for it! I am finding my peace of mind in nature and when I am doing relaxing exercises or listening relaxing music.Also yoga helps me.
