Different feelings swirl in us, alternating, complementing each other and bringing us joy. Pay attention to our positive feelings as much as we can experience them. Joy, happiness, merriment, liberation, attentiveness, trust, benevolence, and companions help our daily lives.
If you can rejoice in anything and feel happy in yourself, you can almost certainly get up every day with a sense of well-being and start your day so that you know everything bad is just a passing state, then there is no disturbing circumstance that could overshadow your day. If you can be cheerful and can talk freely with anyone, you listen carefully to what he says, you develop a kind of trust between the two of you, which is a link anyway, it can be such a strong bond that it gives you trust, understanding and interest.
If you are benevolent to others, in the same way you get the benevolence of others, so you help each other along the way. If you are in harmony with yourself and your environment, you can look at the world calmly, you take every thing with wise composure, because you know it is the best possible attitude to your life. If you are peaceful, this is your nature and you can be patient with everyone, you can rest assured of your day to yourself, you will not be disappointed, you will bring many happy minutes and even hours into your life. If you gently care about everyone your life associates with you, you can believe that you, too, will get feelings in return that you will bow your head on your pillow in the evening deservedly and calmly, and you will have a calm and peaceful dream. If you are grateful for the moments that come to you at all times, it is true that you will bless your life with grateful minutes even after that. Therefore, be devoted and tenderly gentle with everyone, because that is your nature, or you want to change it. Be cheerful and rejoice in every second that brings you change, a new form, and you need to know that you need to nurture these feelings in yourself so that you can live happily every day.
Always be optimistic enough to ward off bad breaths. Be happy and donโt care about who you are by nature, only care about your own feelings, so that any moment can be a glorious moment in your life. :)
