Anger is a natural emotion. In the Natya Shastra, written between 200 BC and 200 AD, anger is called a 'rasa' or natural expression. Jerome Kagan, a professor of psychology at Harvard, and his colleagues have studied thousands of such people since childhood over the past twenty years. With the exception of minor changes, both studies have reached the same conclusion. The result is that children have their own innate nature and 15 to 20 percent of children behave differently towards new people and situations. Children who is likely to behave like this are found to be more stressed.

These studies also found that children may have the same temperament, but may behave differently. One person may call someone else's fast-paced behavior stressful, but for another it may be interesting. Some people live comfortably by suppressing their bad habits, but others do not care.

Anxiety and stress also increase anger

Stress is different from fear. Man or any other living being is afraid of something in front of him. On the contrary, in stress, a person is confused about his ability to make decisions. The person is stuck in the whirlpool of ‘what will happen then’. But when fear becomes a distraction from work, stress takes the form of 'Clinical Anxiety Disorder', which has many forms of its own, including panic, social anxiety, phobia, obsessive-compulsive disorder, post-traumatic stress and, above all, anxiety disorder. Anxiety is caused by excessive agitation in the amygdala in the brain, which is the middle part of the brain. This part of the brain is new and alert in case of any danger. During its normal functioning, the amygdala responds physically to the new environment. Get enough sleep

  • Limit coffee, tea, cola, chocolate. Nicotine, liqor and caffeine do not help to complete your sleep.

  • Just give your mind and body time to unwind.

  • Meditate, read a book, listen to music and do aromatherapy.

  • Make a daily schedule of resting and waking. 

Physical condition- Some conditions like ADD (Addiction Deficit Disorder) cause people to become irritable and angry. People also lose their temper quickly due to hormonal imbalances and heart diseases.

Loneliness

Living alone in a new spot is also a reason for anger. Psychologists state that individuals who have very few friends typically get angry rapidly. Children who are born into a nuclear family and one of their parents suffers mentally. They get angry because of mental irregularity. They begin mishandling, thrashing kin and breaking things. Psychiatrists say that if your child gets angry a lot, it means he is desperate somewhere.

Watching more TV

Watching violent programs, crime shows etc. completely affect the minds of children. Psychologists believe that many times young people are not sensitive to violence and do not find it illegal to resist any action.

Ambition

The corporate world has created two scales of progress - the first is performance and the second is the ability to do things better in less time. In trying to live up to this parameter, many times people become desperate and angry. Psychologists say that disrespect for the feelings of others, lack of sensitivity to people's greetings, increased greed for material comforts always lead to anger. In today's era, many professions have become such, in which many times consumers have to face anger and listen to their right and wrong things with a smile. In such cases, the frustration of not being able to say anything sometimes culminates in anger.

Anger spoils health

Anger not only spoils the environment, it also harms your health. Angry people's lung function deteriorates, as well as has a bad effect on the immune system. Because of this you fall prey to stress-related illnesses. The angry person not only harms himself, but also spoils the environment around him. The bad side is that the person who is angry does not even know that he is angry, but the good side is that anger can be controlled and managed.

Overcome anger

  • It is better to work positively and creatively to control anger

  • Play a musical instrument when angry

  • Clean the room, go see the picture, take a walk

  • Do anything that distracts you for a while

  • Jokes are the best way to relieve stress.

  • Research shows that one should drink water to relieve stress. It relieves stress

  • Eating food on time, exercising and getting enough rest reduces anger

  • Yoga, meditation and cognitive techniques are also effective in relieving stress and anger

Keep your mind cool

Often during anger someone is asked to explain that keep your mind cool. A recent study has revealed that the risk of heart attack and stroke can be greatly reduced if the brain is kept cool. Harris, a PhD student at the University of Edinburgh in the UK, is engaged in similar research. He has designed a cool helmet that can be used to induce hyperthermia. You will also be aware that having a cold cloth on the forehead gives relief in headaches.

Research has shown that keeping the brain cool from 4 degrees centigrade to 33 degrees centigrade lowers the level of metabolism of brain cells, so that when the blood supply is reduced, the oxygen of these brain cells is reduced.

Harris and his team have designed a helmet that keeps the mind cool. This helmet has two sheets of nylon, which covers the entire head. Many other techniques have been invented to keep the mind cool. The advantage of all these techniques is that they are extremely easy. Richard Lyon, a psychiatrist in Edinburgh, says that it is not possible to say with certainty that this technique is beneficial, but that the positive results of this technique have been seen.
