Hello everyone It's me again @Oslec08 , in this article i will show you some reasons why do we need to be healthy these days.

Aside from Covid 19 virus there's so much more things that can harm our health and can cause death if you are not aware to that things. I guess some of you still do things like this and i want you to realize that it is not too late to change.

    Pollution- the presence in or introduction into the environment of a substance or thing that has harmful or poisonous effects into our body.

  1. Air Pollution- cause by Smoke from Factories, Vehicles, Cigarettes, etc.

  2. Water Pollution- cause by throwing trash or garbage into see and water chemicals from factories etc.

  3. Land Pollution - cause by dumping of trash into land fills,

I didn't say that you can't eat or take this Foods, I'm just suggesting to limit the intake of these foods because to much of these foods can harm your health. I suggest to eat fruits and veggies instead for more health benefits you can get. In a year we need minimum of 100 kg or more of vegetables and fruits intake per year t, 8 kg or more per months, 3 - 5 servings per day and if you are sick 6-9 servings per day.

our unhealthy lifestyle and eating habits are leading us to those lifestyle diseases... andami nang foods na lumalabas at masasarap pro ang nagpasarap nman e puro toxins.. Its not really bad to eat those pero it should not be always..and yes more on veggies and fruits to wash toxins out and keep us healthy

Awnnnnn.... Am really impressed, thanks for sharing this,. We should all take note of the points here. Let's try to reduce the intake of our junks food instead we should go for vegetables, fruits and balance diet food. Taking fruit really help to increase our immune system and help us grow like a new baby. We should shun any food that are acidic to our body system
