Are you the Boss or the Leader

Hi everyone it's me again @Oslec08 today's is very good day and i have something in my mind on what's the difference between being a Boss and being a Leader.

The Boss Using people to work just to gain money Relies on authority Controlling his people and inspires fear Always says "I" Says "Go" A Boss demands a "win at all cost" Always tell their people what to do Doesn't care on what their people feels Always look to their people mistake

The Leader Coaching his people on how to do the work. Role model behavior Develops thee skill of his people Always says "WE" Says "LET'S GO" Create's an environment where everyone has an equal shot on advancing to thier careers Always show their people on how to do things Showing concern on what their people feel. Generates Enthusiasm Always teach their people on their mistakes

This trait i wrote for the difference of being a Boss and being a Leader, is just my opinion and based on my experience at work. Because i believe that we all have a leadership in ourselves, we can be a good leader too. and if you have employees who work for you please don't be a boss instead be a leader. Because being a leader earns more respect by your people rather than being a Boss that earn their respect by making their people fear of them because of their position.
