Hmmmmm... in addition, the old testaments are not writtings will should just forget like that. The Bible says all scriptures both the old and the new convenants are written by the inspiration of God and are profitable for doctrine( teachings), correction, reproof( to proof) and make us well furnished unto all good works 2Timothy3:15-17. The old convenants are meant for us to study in context to the gospel because we've received the gift of Grace and not law. Therefore, tithe shouldn't be collected anymore. Although some believers will now used this as a means to not to give at all, maybe that's why some churches are still collecting it. My opinion is that, it's better to give to the needies around us, the less privileges, the widows, old ones around us, help the church to grow by sharing the good news instead of paying tithe in the church
