Happy Father's Day to all the noisers on the platform and to those virtuous women who have played the role of fathers in life. I come with my reflexion: It is a reflexion that I apply to myself every day and I share it with people who like to read from life experiences and from the books that I have read. "WHERE YOU PUT YOUR ATTENTION ... IT EXPANDS" I have read this phrase many times, but one of the ones that impacted my intellect was when I read it in the book "Secrets of the Millionaire Mind" because I could perceive what this entails. Just yesterday, my wife and I (I took her to my workplace in the afternoon so she could accompany me) talked about a couple that we wanted to visit to meet the baby that had been born a month ago; We both focused on knowing how they were and talking, but not on the phone. While I was working, we talked about how they were doing in terms of work, health, and other things. Half an hour before finishing, for some reason, I look through a window on the second floor, when I see that they are coming down the sidewalk with the baby and I called them to come up. Our attention was on them and the Universe simply corresponded to the voice of our intention: to be able to see them. Words are the maximum expression of the images that thoughts produce in our mind, and whatever we are constantly thinking about will produce a physical response in the same way that every cause produces an effect. Focusing on the things we want has to be accompanied by a similar image; To think that we "DO NOT" want something is to focus on the things we do not want in life because the word NO is meaningless in the mind. A basic exercise would be the following: Imagine a small mountain with easy access, all covered with the greenest grass we have ever seen. At the top, there is a leafy tree, with many leaves and branches where the birds can rest and protect themselves from the sun. Are you imagining it? Well, now DO NOT imagine a red apple in the middle of the tree canopy, a fruit that makes our mouth water when we bite it and that we can reach with our hands. DO NOT visualize the apple.
