Today's reflexion is simple and brings many health benefits: "I promise myself to wear a happy expression on my face and to give a smile to every living being that I meet on the way" The law of attraction, also known as the Law of Retaliation or sowing and harvesting, states that we are going to receive back everything that we are willing to give to others. Therefore, the more smiles from others, the more they will be returned to me, making my daily life fuller and full of many satisfactions. So, starting today, I invite you to start giving smiles to everyone we meet along the way. The immediate response of having a happy face and always with a smile, is another smile and another face ready to give us good vibes. What if I have done the test myself? Of course yes. Keeping control of our emotions and a big smile can defuse even the most reluctant discussion. In the Bible, we read that "the meek answer appeases anger" therefore what does it matter if I am not right in order to have the result I want? And precisely the result that I seek for my life from today on is to see faces that smile at me and are willing to bring me happiness in the same way that I am willing to give it. Beautiful people, laughing is free, and if we have to do it, let it be big, because, in the same way, that we give others the possibility of smiling, we will have the same possibilities multiplied.
