Good morning, noisers! Continuing with the series of PROMISES THAT YOU MAKE TO YOURSELF that I learned from a book that I have not finished reading called "The Law of Positive Attraction" we go directly to the fifth promise and I tell you part of what is happening to me: "I promise myself to think and hope only for the best and to work only for the best" He had already commented to them that the great thinkers had stated that the human being "is the reflection of thoughts" Yes, of those thoughts that constantly ruminate in his mind. In this sense, changing the frequency of our negative thoughts for others of better quality would be a good start for us to completely change our lives, and therefore, the results of it. The apostle Paul wrote to the Philippians that they "had to think of everything good, everything kind, everything that is of good name, everything honest, everything true ..." and I ask: Did God inspire him for he to say this? Was God suggesting through Paul that they had to change their thinking? Change the thoughts about them and the things you were focusing on? To this, there is no other answer than a resounding YES. Thinking repeatedly about something from the past that has caused us discomfort will surely distress us, and thinking about an uncertain future will cause us stress, so the wise word sent to the Philippians was to "think" about all those things that would be of the best benefit to them. The task for today, and every day is, to change our environment through the things that we frequently think about during the day. Because I have started doing this again, I am seeing wonderful results in my daily life. Although I already had them, now they have multiplied and I am really enjoying this growth process.
