Cheap people in expensive cities ★It was a rainy morning. It was a little late to break the deadlock to come to the office. The rickshaw could not be found on the road. When you go to the top of it, you don't have to be 'promoted' because the music is more than the rent. Not necessarily the two-legged reliance on birth. The presence of the bell created additional inspiration in the mind, so we had to walk fast. And the results were found after reaching the bottom of the office. Assorted designs on the legs of jeans pants. Artist mud, collaborator my feet. ★Although this is a very recent phenomenon, it is a traditional feature of the capital city. The life of lower, lower middle class and middle class people is a lot like that. When you walk hard, the mud breaks. We have to accept the loss in one way or another. And you have to go to Dhaka from the bottom of your heart in search of livelihood. Maybe I think again and again, let's go! But going is no more. The importance of the capital city is of course greater. National and international — both cases. However, its weight is felt more in the chest of some classes of people. They are lower, lower middle class and middle class. Although there is a difference in terms of words, what is the difference between the people of these classes? If it is closed, many middle class people of today can become lower class tomorrow. The issue of this gap has become more temporary due to the coronavirus epidemic. Many of the familiar, little-known class shifts are also being heard. Evidence of this has also been found in statistics. According to a survey conducted by the Power and Participation Research Center (PPRC) and BRAC Institute of Governance and Development (BIGD), a private research institute, 24.5 million people have become newly impoverished in the country due to Kovid's injury. As of March this year, the number of new poor in urban areas is 59 per cent, while in rural areas it is 44 per cent. So the number of poor in the city is relatively high. ★But the cost of living in this city is running like crazy horses. In the capital Dhaka, it may be going to an unbearable level. The cost of living is increasing day by day. Corona could not stand in the way. On the contrary, it seems to have gained momentum. But there is no chance to be skeptical that the income of the people has decreased. There is no need to show the elephant-horse figure of accounting to give an example of how the number of the poor increased if the income did not decrease. He is taken from life! I bought this soybean oil yesterday. I went out to buy two liters and three hundred rupees notes. But the work could be done only if some retail was given with two notes at a time. Even in the same situation. This unfortunate person had to spend more money in Corona to buy rice. The upswing in that market still exists. And I don't want to talk about spices. I do not want to put so much pressure on the mind. Stay in the wallet instead of the pressure. ★If you look at the report of the cab, the above statement is true. Let's take a look at some information in the annual report of the Consumers Association of Bangladesh (CAB) from the urge to prove the right and the left. According to the report, the cost of living in the capital increased by 2020 at the highest rate in three years. Again at this time a large number of people have become unemployed. The income of many has also decreased. According to the report, the cost of living in the capital has increased by 6.8 percent in 2020. Prices of goods and services have risen by 7.31 percent. ★Critics may say that the cost of living increased at an even higher rate. According to the CAB, the cost of living increased by 6.44 percent in 2016, three years ago. But then there was no more corona. Maybe whatever is earned has been spent. Yet two kheeparera survived. That too is becoming impossible in Corona. In a city where the cost of living is high, the cost of living in that city is high. In this 'expensive' Dhaka, the poor people are the cheapest. When they walk hard on the sidewalks of life, mud falls on them. To clean that mud, you have to buy detergent and put it in the cost book again. However, in spite of all this, Dhaka is at the fourth position in the latest ranking of the world's livable cities, at 136 out of 140. According to economic sources, when the price of a commodity increases, the demand decreases. And when prices fall, demand rises. But the capital Dhaka does not borrow from all this. If the demand increases in this city, the price goes up further. Growing up is skyrocketing. Well, at least in the case of 'cheap' people, would it be easier for them to survive if Dhaka adhered to the formula of economy?
