Image Source. https://www.pexels.com/photo/photo-of-woman-wearing-eyeglasses-3184405/ *Leadership is based on inspiration* *It's never about domination* *A lot of people think it's about cooperation* *But in most countries, I have seen, it is about intimidation* *How can people cooperate with you if they don't feel inspired by you?* *How can you make a difference in another life when nothing shows in yours?* *This is what most world leaders lack hence they intimidate* *Their intimidation only fuels deeper-rooted hate* *This is why you can't fully vouch for any Nigerian leader in any state* *It starts from the top and trickles down to the bottom like a bait* *This has become the norm and leadership has been misdirected, such a sad fate* *How can the blind lead another blind safely through a gate?* *We all make the same mistake too based on how others have led of late* *Most people even brag about age when leading, asking "Who is your mate?"* *Your age doesn't matter whether your name is Nate or Kate* *Leadership is not a function of age but about inspiration and carriage* *You can be as old as Methuselah and a lot of people don't rate you* *You can be as young as the young David and still inspire people to victory* *Look beyond your age, look beyond intimidating and focus on within* *What do you have that can attract people to want to learn from you?* *Leadership is not about political or official appointments* *You can lead from where you are, with a worthy example* Thank you for your time.
