The Giant Within

***There's a giant within and he's so scary. Conquer him and live or become his slave*** ***Michaelo*** **At each point in life, there's always an obstacle, hurdle, challenge or crucible which we must overcome to move on to the next level of our lives.**  **I call them the giants. They are of different sizes and shapes.** **But there's an eternal obstacle which we apparently face all through the days of our lives. It is the obstacle of the self. I call him the**  **GIANT WITHIN.** ***This giant is genuinely the hardest, roughest and toughest challenge one can face.*** **Most people end up not defeating it till they die. Some become its slave eternally while the others willfully aid it to grow up  more bigger.** **Little wonder the great philosopher Plato rightly said**  ***" The first and greatest success is that of conquering one's self"*** **Our model ,Our Lord Jesus Christ conquered it so as to give himself to death on the cross.**  **So a pertinent question I ask once more** **Have you defeated that giant within?** ***Or are you breeding it in ego?***
