I cannot comment on the government in your country, if it is of any use to you, it is that most of the presidents we elect in a country after they have power, do nothing of what they promise. They only make laws to apply them against the people. It is as if one chose a president to take over everything. it is just the same that you accept an employee and then he is the boss in your company
