I am proud to present the hidden beauty of Blue Water, our very own tourist destination that can be reach only by single motorcycle or by foot. It is located in the mountainous part of Pallagao Baggao, Cagayan. The location is very remote that you need one tour guide per five heads to prevent being lost especially when you go inside the cave.
