Materials

Fish-2

Ginger paste -1 / 4 tea, spoon

Garlic paste -1 / 2 tea, spoon

Yellow paste -1 / 2 tea, spoon

Chili paste -1 / 2 tea, spoon

Cumin paste -1 / 2 tea, spoon

Coriander paste -1 / 2 tea, spoon

Pepper powder -1 / 2 tea, spoon

Like the amount of salt

For oil frying.

Rupachanda or tilapia or any fish with less thorns should be cleaned and the behavior should be cut on both sides. Apply all spices except oil and soak for 2 hours.

Heat oil in a frying pan and put the fish there. In a low net, cover the frying pan with a lid and leave the fish upside down for a while.

When the fish is fried, increase the heat of the oven and fry it on both sides of the fish. It can be served garnished with lettuce leaves and tomatoes in a large dish. Then it looks very beautiful.
