1 / Bread Big Size 9-10 pieces.

6/2 cups of oil or ghee.

For making sira:

1/1 cup of sugar.

2 / 1-2 cardamoms.

3/1 cup of water.

4/2 teaspoons of lemon juice.


First, the hard edges of the bread should be cut off. After that you have to grind it by hand and sift it through a sieve. You can use a mixer if you want.

Then add baking powder, salt and powdered milk to the bread powder. Then take the dough well with a little water and mix the dough very well. The dough cannot be made too soft or too hard. When it is done, keep it at 7-8 mm to fix it.

Then you have to take a saucepan and put the ingredients in it. Then when the sugar is melted in the veins, the veins should be thickened and the lemon juice should be mixed and taken down.
