Eating too much food 

Requires your organs to work harder. They secrete extra hormones and enzymes to break the food down. the stomach produces hydrochloric acid. If you overeat, this acid may back up into the esophagus resulting in heartburn.

Drinking too much water

Can also be dangerous. Overhydration can lead to water intoxication. This occurs when the amount of salt and other electrolytes in your body become too diluted. Hyponatremia is a condition in which sodium (salt) levels become dangerously low.

~Do not eat unless your stomach require to do.

~Do not drink until your body need water.

It may lead you to damage your food store. 😂😂😂😂

Many a people beleives that drinking water has excellent effect on body health. But some ignorant people dont keep in mind that every beauty, in excess, turns worse. They carry on drinking too much water daily, may be more than 12 glasses a day. I read in my book that in average we should have 8-10 glasses of water. In addition to heartburn for excess intake of food, obesity a disturbing effect it has. Due to excess intake of calorie and less exercise now people are having obesity a burden. However you are trying to make people aware. Thats great

I'm agree that too much food can destroy our body because many illness will come out but about drinking water??I slightly disagree because our body really required water more water so that our blood regulates well and the food we intake can cleans with water .That's my own understanding hehe.
