Here you have a few varieties of catfish. Amarillo (Yellow); Moncholo (Regular catfish I guess) all made with lemon and salt on the grill. Golden rule: If you catch it, and not gonna eat it. Release it. That way you don't waste anything. Mind the beer can there :p #Fishing
