Rosario, Argentina. ~ This is a fantastic view of the pier of the city. I go there to fish every time I have a chance. It's magical. All the cargo ships go by and some of them even full stop there. The combination of the moon and the Parana River in the background it's a 10/10 anytime. #Photography
