This is Esquina, Corrientes Province, Argentina. One of the most beautiful places I've been when it comes to fishing. Biggest fish you'll ever see but that is because they're protected by the government. Meaning you can only take one home and the rest must return to the river, and even on reproduction times you can't take any at all. So the fishes can grow and have a decent population. And the sunset on the Paraná River it's just.. 😍

Im back home! It was an interesting ride all along. Took some dirt roads that lead to nowhere and Felipe, my dog got to run around like crazy on the soy fields 😂 A lot of nature and tranquility. Now, back home with my beloved gf, it's time to enjoy some gin tonics. Ingredients are: Gin Tonic club soda Juniper Lemon And just a bit of lavender A nice pre-dinner drink. In preparation for tomorrow paving, today we lay down a base of cement. You mix cement with dirt and a some stone so you'll get a hard and consistent base for the asphalt to go over. This process it's made everytime you have dirt roads, to make the base more solid so It can last anywhere from 15 to 20 years with minimum maintenance ✌😎

Today it's my turn to cook and I'm going full healthy food 😎 I'm cooking what here it's called a "revuelto" (scrambled?) of "zapallitos verdes" (squashs or courgettes I think it's the translation?) Very fast very yummy food. Just sliced onions, sliced squashs, a few eggs, salt, pepper and garlic and voila. You have yourself a nice dinner 😂✌
