Flour - 2,5 Glasses of Vegetable Oil - 1/2 Glass of Beef - 230 Gram (ingredients for stuffing) Vegetable Oil - 2 Tsp. spoons Caraway - 1/2 Tbsp Black pepper - 1 Slitch Water - 1/2 Glass Egg - 1 Piece Cream butter - 1 Tea spoon Number of servings: 9-13

How to cook "Pancakes with Meat"

Break 3 eggs in a bowl of warm milk. Add soda, sugar and salt.

Mix with a whisk or mixer. Add the flour and mix well again.

Fill up the oil.

Take a ladle and scoop the dough several times. Leave aside for 15 minutes.

Heat the frying pan to a medium-high temperature, pour the butter and add the minced meat.

Immediately add the sliced onions. Add the spices and salt. Stir well. After 5 minutes of frying, add water and reduce the fire to a medium or low level. Cover with the lid and cook for 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes, whisk 1 egg with a little water.

Add the egg mixture to the meat and mix it well. Cover with the lid and stew for another 5 minutes.

Heat the frying pan, add oil and bake round rouge pancakes.

Add some butter for each pancake. Fill with the meat filling.

Wrap a pancake.
