Quality time is spending with yourself is necessary . Self love .. Importance to yourself.. June 15,2023 Life is full of tension . Now-a-day ,its not wrong to say that life is totally burden for us . Everyone is sad ,disappoint, and live with broken heart . I believe that ,in life not love is everything . I do not believe that everyone want to love ,ishq ,muhabbat . Not eveeyone disappoint and sad for losing love or muhabbat . Not everyone want love of any boy ,or girl .. Because everyone thought that when he or she os upset so mustly their breakup is happened . Everyone thoughts is end in love between boy and girl. But Some people are emotional and they want family love ,or attention or trust . And may be thy sad for some any other reason not for love . I mean they want good relation and lovely family . But now-a-day , its tuff and impossible . Everyone is busy in useless daily activities . I suggest those people who are emotional that do not expect with other . Do not depemd on others love . They just need **Self love** **Self love** Self love mean love ourself . Spend alone time with cup of tea on roof with yourself and talk with youself and with Allah . This definition of self love is present in my dictionary . I believe that type of self love and not just believe i want to such type of self love . I want to live just for swlf love not for other *WFL** **WFL**...stand for world fake love . I believe self love and i thats why my phone gallery is also full with my name first letter "**N" dpz ....**

In this world and after spend 24 year of life in this world i learnt that if you live happy life and keep yourself alway happy and chill mood so for it Self love is too much necessary . **How i spend time with ourself** I want to spend quality time with ourself on daily base . But its not possible for me because of my daily routine activities i can not find time for myself but i tried my best to find a little time for myself . So now i tell you how i spend time with myself ... ~first of all. I make a mug of tea . Am yea lover . And i am crazy for me . . I do all thing that i liked in my time . So firstly i make mug of tea .

And i go to the roof to take tea . Then i sit on chair that is already placed on roof . I see here and there and up and down . I enjoy tea and keep looking at the sky . Looking sky is my favourite hobby . I like very much to see sky covered with beautiful sky . That's why my phone gallery is fulled with sky and clouds pictures . I drink tea ,look sky and click photos of sky and clouds .

I feel that clouds move from one place to other . Means clouds travel on sky . Its looks very awesome and fantastic . .Then i talk with Allah . I share my all feeling good or bad everything with Allah . I gossips with Allah . Its alsoy favourite hobby .

And believe me its really very amazing thing . And i give 100% gurantee to you that after doing these thing you will feel better . If you have any stress and tension in your life must do these thing . . Any way .. I repeat that i do so firstly i make tea ,then go to roof and see sky and clouds , clicks photos and looks clouds for long time when they travell from one place to other . Then i gossips with Allah and with ourself . Both are important . And i learnt that its better to talk with ypurself then other . Its too much benefit for all . When we talk to Allah and say Astagfar for who did bad thing and say Allhamdullilah for good things happens in our life . Then circle the entire roof .and see all blessing of Allah that he has given us . That is good . That is self love . Self importance . Spend time with yourself and give importance and value to yourself . .... My phone gallery is half filled with my name first letter **N** dpzz .. I share with you ..
