Alone

I have question for all of you that is being alone good for us or not if yes why if no why?? I think that being alone is good for all of us I'm person who hurt others so much because of my anger i know that i do bad with others but i cant do anything my anger is out of control if we being alone we cant hurt others others cant hurt us we learn about our self .....

I think sometimes being alone is good I have said sometimes. Why? when you are alone you can give your spare time to you you can take care of you you can do something creative you can think something new you can do something productive for you. Man is a social being he cannot live alone. But don't forget to keep your lone time to you to nurture yourself. Take care. Best wishes to you.
