The children of the country are not safe anywhere inside and outside the house. According to newspaper reports, the number of rape cases in the country has doubled in 2019 compared to the previous year. The number of these children is increasing in our country. At its root are ignorance, poverty, illiteracy and lack of awareness. There is a class of uneducated and poor people in our country who give birth to children unplanned. Abandon them after a certain time, do not give maintenance. By torturing them, those children are again often known as Tokai or Pichchi. They roam barefoot, barefoot or in tattered clothes at railway stations, bus stands and alleys of the city. Again, at night, he falls asleep lying here and there. In other words, their life is like a night where there is a slope. Applying physical force, hurting someone is physical torture. This abuse includes any major injury, starting with the baby's ear rub. The younger the child, the more severe the consequences. Adolescents are also very sensitive during adolescence, so the effects of abuse are very high at this age.
