I work together in ten, I am not ashamed of losing or winning The best success lies in participating together in any endeavor in the world. In the midst of a concerted effort there is immense enthusiasm, the indomitable intoxication of victory and the endless excitement. The chances of success in a united effort are high. At least before defeat, the negative mentality of defeat does not take place in the combined strength. When everyone works together, unity, harmony and brotherhood are created among each other. From the beginning of civilization, people have been united in their needs. Working together, the bond of harmony and brotherhood has created a strong united organization like the society and the state. The power of arms becomes insignificant to united people. A single personality can unite and defeat any mighty power on earth. Our great liberation war is a shining example of this. Our heroic freedom fighters, immersed in the mantra of unity, defeated the huge Pak aggressor force equipped with modern weapons. And winning and losing is not the key to working together. Collective work surpasses victory and defeat and becomes the greatest in the beauty of the gathering. Moreover, the joy of victory in collective work is for everyone, as well as the responsibility and guilt of failure for everyone. In the case of a single job, one has to bear the guilt of defeat alone. The guilt of failure of collective work is equally prevalent and the guilt is not intense. Education: Success or failure of work is not an important issue with the collective participation of all. There is no shame or disgrace even if you fail to work in harmony.
