Sun-beam Good afternoon to all. How are you guys.? Hope all are well by the grace of God. I want to present my tadays clicked. I took some afternoon sun photographs. It seems like sunset photographs but that's not. The sky is also cloudy but the sun rays seem clearly. Now see it... I hope sir @Omar will like my photography.

Orange Jasmine Flower photography-9 Hi everyone.. I'm @Nishita again here with my flower photography . The name of this flower is **Orange Jasmine** and scientific name is ***Murraya paniculata***. In Bangladesh we called it **Kamini** flower. I used my smartphone ***Huawei GR5 2017*** to took this photographs. I didn’t used any filter for this photos . Now see my photography. চুইঝাল দিয়ে মাংস রান্নার রেসিপি উপকরণঃ চুইঝাল টুকরো করা (খুলনা বা দক্ষিণ অঞ্চলে পাওয়া যায়) মাংস, যেমন:মুরগি, হাঁস, খাসি পেঁয়াজ রসুন আদা কাঁচা মরিচ গরম মসলা গোল মরিচ মরিচ গুড়া হলুদ গুড়া ধনিয়া গুড়া লবণ তেল জিরা দারুচিনি এলাচ লবঙ্গ প্রস্তুতপ্রণালীঃ প্রথমে একটি পাত্রে মাংসের বড় বড় টুকরো এবং চুইঝালের কান্ড ছোট ছোট টুকরো করে নিতে হবে। তারপর মাংসের টুকরোগুলোর মধ্যে একে একে পেঁয়াজ, রসুন, আদা, কাঁচা মরিচ, গরম মসলা, গোল মরিচ, মরিচ গুড়া, হলুদ গুড়া, ধনিয়া গুড়া ও পরিমাণমতো লবণ ও তেল দিয়ে মাংসকে মসলার সাথে খুব ভালো ভাবে মাখাতে হবে, কারণ ভালোভাবে মাখানোর ফলে মশলার স্বাদ এবং গন্ধ মাংসের সাথে মিশে যায়। ভালোভাবে মাখানো হলে মাংসের মধ্যে পরিমিত পরিমাণ পানি এবং দারুচিনি, এলাচ, লবঙ্গ দিয়ে পাত্রটিকে চুলোয় বসাতে হবে। এরপর যতক্ষণ না পানি শুকিয়ে তেল মাংসের উপরে উঠে আসছে ততক্ষণ পুরো আচেঁ মাংস রান্না করতে হবে। এক্ষেত্রে মাঝে মাঝে ঢাকনা খুলে মাংস নেড়ে দিতে হবে যাতে করে সবগুলো মাংসে মসলার স্বাদ প্রবেশ করে এবং মোটামুটি সমান তাপমাত্রায় রান্না হয়। তেল মাংসের উপরে উঠে আসলে রসুন আর চুই ঝাল দিয়ে দিতে হবে। এবার মাংস যাতে লেগে না যায় সেজন্য অনবরত উপর নিচে নাড়তে হবে। যতক্ষন না রসুন গুলো সিদ্ধ হবে ততক্ষন পর্যন্ত মাংসকে কষাতে হবে। রান্নার শেষ পর্যায়ে মাংসের রং বাদামী হয়ে আসবে। এরপর ভাজা জিরার গুড়ো এবং গরম মসলা দিয়ে নাড়া চাড়া করে কষিয়ে রান্না করে নিলেই তৈরি হয়ে যাবে চুইঝালের মাংস। ধন্যবাদ।
