This is one I really missed, and I do not know how to prepare it. My late aunt had a different version of this recipe using kamyas instead of calamansi. I wished I was able to get that recipe.

  Oh wow! I haven't tried kamyas for palabok. We're quite short of kamyas or kalamansi here abroad. Haha we're using lemon or lime extract for it.

    At least you can have an alternative, but if you can have kamyas try it.
