In my mother's province they called it bukayo. This was one of the sources of income of my mother's parents. My grandfather do the cooking and my grandmother was the peddler, she peddles it all over our barangay. I watched grandpa everytime he cooks bukayo, I look forward to it being cooked, for me to eat, it was good to eat when it's freshly cooked, especially if the coconut meat he used in cooking was young and soft. I started talking because I remembered the past when I saw this photo coming from my daughter. Good afternoon!

even here in our province same name that they called it is made up in coconut and put sugar to make it bukayo, one of the sweet desert that really like so much
