The first word that I uttered today was "ouch" because when I was stretching something suddenly formed inside the muscle of my leg, I was in so much pain that I was in tears while I was smearing and rubbing it with Katinko. It's been a long time that I haven't experienced this leg cramps but attacked again this morning, the cold weather in the morning might be the cause. Good morning!
