Why intermittent fasting works?
Fasting is a state of long periods without eating. Intermittent fasting has been in trend for the weight loss regarding fat metabolism. When a person is doing intermittent fasting, there is no stimulus for insulin release. Because insulin is an anabolic hormone that helps the lipogenesis. So in absence of insulin, adipose tissues are lysed, releasing free fatty acid in the circulation and cleared by the liver. Another benefit of the fasting state is the release of growth hormone that further enhance the break down of fats from adipose tissues. In this way , fats are metabolized using these two hormones. And the end result is loss of weight relative to fat loss.

I have tried it and actually feels good, i tried the 16/8. In the beginning it looks intimidating but the body adopts very easily. Good for the digestive system.
Thank you guys for the reviews.
This is mostly really effective if you turn to a keto diet in the few times that you eat too. So your body would definitely rely on the fat storage and not on sugar storage in your body
Exactly
