Exposing of rice to the sun!☀️🌾 This is one of the activities of farmers that is mostly not seen especially among those living in urban areas. Most of us just buy rice in stores and are ready to cook. There is a big difference compared to the province, because after the rice is harvested, it is exposed to the sun before being taken to the rice mill. And yes, it is hard to do especially if your skin is sensitive because it itches especially if the grain of rice is dry. Its dust is mixed with the air which when it gets on your skin is very itchy. So you really need to take a bath after doing this. Nowadays, man -made machines have found a way to peel rice without having to be exposed to the sun. There are rice milling companies now that will place the rice there even if it is not yet dry and it just dries inside because it has a dryer installed. Machines actually makes human activities light and easy💡. So I can't imagine what else machines can do in the future. #provincelife
