Vegetable is life! My wife's mother came here to our house yesterday to visit her daughter and grandson. She brought some grapefruit and these vegetables which she picked from her crops in their yard. We haven't cooked it yet because we still have buffalo meat that we are still cooking and we are currently softening it and adding pechay to it.

I am not familiar with these vegetables. What are the names and how do you cook them?

  If you are not a Filipino you probably don't know this kind of vegetables sir. They are Okra, eggplant, winged beans and taro.
