Ginseng root, it is said to be an herbal medicine plant that is used and tried and tested in other countries but here in the Philippines especially here in our area it is only made into a yard plant, although most people already know that it is a medicinal plant or it’s herbal and good for the body but I haven’t seen anyone try to use it as medicine. I pulled it out of our yard because it looks like it's about to die because its leaves are about to run out and it looks like I want to try to use it. They said they just put water in a pot and boil it and can drink it as tea. It is said that it has many health benefits to our body such as lowering blood sugar, decreased fatigue and many more.
