Our LGU's action very quickly because we were flooded only yesterday and they immediately distributed food aid such as rice, can goods and coffee. I just wonder why they acted so fast, because the election is near? Before, when there was a strong storm or a flood like now, it would take almost a month before help was given. It's just weird because I noticed the help then and now, but I'm thankful because it's a big help for us.
