My brother ask me about his tiktok application why it doesn't work even though he has a strong internet connection? Because I am the who know about mobile phone softwares so they ask me about their problems with their mobile phones. I told them that if it works if I use a VPN it is possible that it is currently banned in the Philippines. Amd when I used a VPN and I used a Japan IP address, it worked, so I proved that Tiktok was probably banned here in the Philippines.
