Cloudy⛅⛅ and cold❄️❄️ mornings are still being experienced today in areas around the Visayas, including here in Leyte, Philippines. According to PAG-ASA, the tropical depression they named "LANNIE" is still not released from PAR and it is currently in West Northwest Coron, Palawan.
