Today is the birthday of one of my nieces and since I have work, I can't help them. My wife is now there helping with cooking and preparing for the children's party later. They won't prepare a lot of food because most of the children will eat, just my siblings and the whole family. Because I'm on my way to work which is I'm here too so I brought the four pork legs and I'll be the one to fry them here at my work so they can save on oil and it still needs to be deep fried to cook properly and be crispy.
