What would happen if all of the Earth’s insects vanished? It's hard to believe, but without disgusting insects the world would fall apart. And here is why: Approximately 80 percent of all plants in the world are flowering. It means that they require pollination from insects like bees or butterflies. Sometimes the wind and animals unconsciously assist with pollination, but this is not enough and most of work is done by insects. With no “pollinators” most plant life on the planet would disappear. With no insects there is no chance for us to avoid the food chain collapse. If insects disappear, a lot of mammals and birds would disappear too. And if you don't have insects pollinating, animals eating fruits, leaves, or living in trees would also die out. Thus, step by step, it would lead to the mass extinction of life on our planet. #info #EverythingsInfo
