My body is still a bit aching now because of our swimming yesterday. Yesterday's celebration of both birthday and fathers day at the Beach was very enjoyable. We didn't rent a cottage and we just put a big umbrella on the sand and there we ate and everyone had fun while we ate the food we brought. My rest day is over and now back to normal again. And I am currently preparing for my job.😁 Happy Monday morning noiser!
