Do you believe in praying for the souls of the dead because until now they are still here in the world and are currently watching over us and when they pity us or seem to caress us we will get sick especially in children? Just the other day my son had rashes and my wife had "soureyes" I don't know if my term is correct as long as it lasted a few days and my mother said we would try to check to the "albularyo" and when my sister went to check, that's what the albularyo saw there because of our grandfather. So just this afternoon my mother prepared offerings such as meat and so on. My mother prayed for my grandfather that he would not interfere with my son and wife. But since we were treated by the albularyo, they have both recovered, is it just a coincidence or is what the albularyo said true? As for me, as a believer in the SDA or Seventh Day Adventist religion, we no longer believe in such things because in the bible, it is said that the souls of the dead person go straight to heaven and no longer roam here on earth.
