The first - root chakra is the foundation chakra. When the root chakra is not in balance or is blocked, problems appear such as pain in the lower back, hemorrhoids, problems with excess weight, fears and various types of envy. Those in whom this chakra is blocked are constantly faced with penury, problems in love relationships, depression and bad relationships in the family.
