I used to think that if life in Russia became unbearable, I would go to live in another country. But with the virus, which flew out of the laboratory in an incomprehensible way, it became clear that the Iron curtain had come down on the whole planet. People are intimidated by covid, the Internet is full with "the latest reports on covid", as if we are talking about reports from the front. Even AIDS didn't have such a powerful PR. In Vietnam, Nha Trang was divided into multi-colored zones according to the degree of infection, people were driven home with a ban on going outside. In Israel, one university retroactively introduced mandatory "green passports" for its employees, and there are cafes where the unvaccinated are not allowed. Does this remind you of anything? The division of people into higher and lower races, ghettos, concentration camps...
