The domestic airport met me as at home. Delhi smoothed out his sleepy wrinkles and smiled by the sun. At the check-in, I was at the very beginning of the queue and got a ticket to the first row. My neighbors were a young guy and a cheerful Indian grandfather who helped me with my luggage before and after the flight. I saw how the stewardess "sealed" the front door of the plane, pressing buttons and turning knobs, as the pilot went into the cockpit. Takeoff, fast flight and long-awaited landing. In impatience, I shifted from one foot to the other under the knowing smiles of the flight attendants, and as soon as the door opened, I flew out and ran to the baggage belt. I grabbed my backpack and rushed to the exit, taking off my jacket on the go, because the cold is over and I'm in a warm, friendly house! I go to the taxi stand, but before I even reach it, I get an offer to ride a motorbike😊. Happiness just rolls over!👻 How great it is not to crawl in a stuffy taxi on a hot seat, but to fly through the fresh air, as hundreds of times before behind my husband's back, exposing my face to the warm Indian wind, which warmed me after the Siberian frosts and greeted me with the aromas of flowers, incense and local cuisine, mixed with the smell of rotting garbage on the roadsides (such contrasts, yes, but when you love country, you accept everything!), peering at native and completely unrecognizable views on both sides of the road, smiling faces Indians. But the main miracle was waiting ahead❤️. My husband and I agreed to meet at a cafe at 17.00. Thanks to the motorbike, I was significantly ahead of the appointed time. When I was about 100 meters away from the cafe, I suddenly saw my husband slowing down on a motorbike - he was waiting for a straggler friend. It was such an amazing meeting! My husband then told me how surprised he was to see a motorbike and some girl waving her arms, addressing him. ☀️... To be continued... ☀️ #india #travels #adventures
