Uses of bitter leaf

I went to farm today to get bitter leaf In my garden and look at how big it has become..you may be wondering what is the uses of this thing.. There are lots of benefit of bitter leaf which I will share some of it with you .. 1.since it is always bitter in nature it reduces the sugar level 2.It also helps in regulating the blood cholesterol level. 3.it is added to soup where I come from which helps to cure pile. It is tasty when added to egusi soup(melon soup) We will continue about the benefits of bitter leaf in my next post
