This night, I go out to throw something.
While I was walking, I bring a flashlight 🔦 to give light on my way. Until I realized, how bright the moon is. Even I don't use the flashlight, I can see the path.
I remembered the night when there's no electricity. The night after every typhoon. It is so dark as expected, 'coz we used to have an electric light on our place. But after the typhoon, all electricity posts are almost damaged. No light, no electricity, just a candle, and simple lamps.
But every evening, I was so amazed... on how the moon appears so brilliant. I always appreciate it and tend to look at it in the sky. I realized how it gives light so strongly.
We didn't appreciate it sometimes 'coz we used to have light from our homes. We forgot how the moon used to give light on our way. We managed to use light from electricity every now and then.
However, we also need to appreciate every element that surrounds us. On how it helps us. How it needs to be used, or what it's purpose in our life.
So, this night... I learned a lesson. Don't just focus on the things that we used to have. Try to be appreciative of other stuff too. Maybe they're not too useful as we can see, but it will surely help you with simple things. Try to remove one thing that you used to have, and exchange other things on its behalf. 😊
Nice article. You need to appreciate the blessing before they are gone. But this is human nature, we take everything for granted
