Popcorn Battle (Company Version) The first popcorn battle on this month in our company. Last night, our head department informed us that we needed to hold a meeting for both teams. He noticed that the projects were moving slowly and need to be discussed. In the meeting, I have a strange feeling that something strange will happen, a feeling that I don't understand. Our head dept and two team leaders report on the progress of the projects and the reason why it became slow due to the other team. They change and add something that was not on the project's feature list. The mastermind behind this is my team leader's frenemy, the senior (Mr.S), who believes he is always correct. Then Mr.S explained his side and he used some words that were inappropriate in the ears of my team leader (Mr.T), saying that our team is to blame for not cooperating in their team. What a lie; he has no idea that we always contact and support his team. Well, he doesn't know because he is always off when there is a team meeting, and we didn't contact him because of his attitude. The popcorn battle started, and even my Head Department is getting a headache from this meeting. He stopped the commotion of Mr.T and Mr.S, he warned Mr.S to stop those lies and if it happened again, he would kick in the projects as well as the company. (I believe even his team members agreed with what our Head department told him.) I just posted to show that there is a problem that must be addressed even within the company to complete the project or task.
